“WHERE ARE WE GOING…..?”
I had been rambling to my bf for some time about how I needed a break, and just time to get away and relax. He would just knod his head and agree like yea me too, and the subject would change… LOL! It was weird because I would be online and in an email I would see trips on SALE! I would look on my explore page on Instagram and “BOOM!”… people on an island. These were signs of the times…everyone was traveling but me. *deep sigh* So a couple weeks passed and I got a message from him saying “make sure you take SPRING BREAK off from work”. I literally jumped out of my bed and did a BACKFLIP! *in my mind though* I didn’t need to know what was happening… I just knew it meant VACATION!!!!!!
This is the face you make when you didn’t get any sleep the night before, and you take the first flight out to your destination. But only to realize you left your professional camera in the trunk of your car at the airport car park. SCREWED!!
We finally arrive in TAMPA, FL and made our way to CLEARWATER BEACH, FL
where we stayed at the WYNDHAM GRAND HOTEL right along the coast.
The view from this hotel was amazing!!
(All photos seen here were taken with an Iphone 7 plus)
Seeing this brought tears to my eyes…I gracefully dropped my luggage and fell asleep with my shoes on hanging halfway off the bed. It was the best sleep I could rememeber! I then was ready to venture this place after being fully charged….
We walked to the pier and the scenery was BEAUTIFUL! You could see everything from there…they even had breakdancers putting on a show like you see in the movies. 🙂
my fascination with lights…DREAMY!
We spent the whole day by the water…
I couldn’t get over the breakfast…did you see that french toast?!?!
We took a ferry to CALADESI ISLAND…where the water was so blue and the sand was white…the ocean waves sounded like music. RELAXATION at it’s finest.
I honestly can say that if anyone is looking for a QUICK GETAWAY…you should go to CLEARWATER BEACH, FL.
I could barely capture everything because I was in the water having fun but, it was exactly what I needed.
THANKS for taking time out to travel with me. 🙂
